Isn't life funny? It was only a few short months ago that we were all looking down our noses at K-Fed thinking he was the scum of the Earth. And now it would seem that Britters is capable of destroying her life all by herself. Suddenly Mr. Federline seems like a potentially positive influence on the bald one.
According to people.com, Kevin is "concerned about Britney":
During Britney Spears's recent wild weekend, her ex, Kevin Federline, canceled plans to party in Las Vegas during the NBA All-Star weekend in order to stay in Los Angeles to be available for the couple's children, sources tell PEOPLE.
"Kevin is concerned for Britney and his children," says a friend of Federline's. "Of course he's concerned about her. He loves her. He's always loved her – even after she started divorce proceedings."
According to the New York Daily News Kevin is intentionally lying low watching his ex self-destruct because it might go his way in the custody case:
Kevin Federline is purposely staying out of the spotlight as estranged wife Britney Spears publicly unravels, hoping her wacky escapades will help him win custody of their two children, Federline's friends told the New York Daily News.
The aspiring rapper was hiding out in Los Angeles over the weekend as the singer alternately went bald and paraded in a blond wig.
"He is just waiting for her to get worse," a pal said. "She is only hurting herself right now."
Hmm. It makes you think. Could it be that Kevin wasn't responsible for the original demise of Britney? Or is it that he drove her so demented that she is now a broken woman? What are your thoughts peeps?

he must shoulder some of it. and how much of this "wants to be there for his kids" is self promotion? sorry but i am a naturally cynical person!
