Last week my home away from home Chicage hosted Gay Games VII where Ireland won 20 medals! Put that in your pipe and smoke it jocks, more than any of you ever won for Ireland! Cyndi Lauper closed the games in style by singing True Colours at the closing ceremony, wish I'd been there! I was at Pride here in Dublin a couple of weeks ago and it was one of he best days I've ever had, and BY FAR one of the most positive atmospheres I've ever experienced.
Irish gay rugby team The Emerald Warriors are bidding for The Bingham Cup at the moment, basically the big competition in the International gay rugby scene-I hope they get it!!
