Despite all their claims that their split was amicable Paul McCartney and Heather Mills-McCartney are headed to court after Paul filed for divorce last week.
In his court papers he uses words and phrases like "argumentative" and "rude to staff" according to the Daily Mail, so it looks like he is preparing for battle.
Heather's camp is claiming that they will be filing their own counter claims, so I would imagine we can look forward to all sorts of salacious accusations over the next while. Paul is reportedly worth €1.5 billion so Heather stands to make around €200 million, but I don't think she's going to gain any fans in the process.
