Don't they have AA in Rehab?

That sure is a liberal Rehab programme Britters is in. In my experience residential rehab is bloody strict and you don't even get to watch tv or read the paper let alone leave the place for AA meetings. Usually they have AA meetings within the centre. Strange. Also, they appear to have cast some kind of spell on Britney that means she can't close her mouth...
