The stories about Joe Simpson's unpopularity just keep comin'.
Last week during an interview on an Australian radio station, Nick Lachey was asked if he'd "rather be trapped on a desert island with Joe or Satan, Prince of Darkness."
He hesitated, then replied, "I might take my chances with Satan, Prince of Darkness."
The fact that he hesitated, then still chose Satan really demonstrates the lack of love between him and Papa Joe. Anyone remember the episode of Newlyweds where Nick and Joe spent the day together 4-wheeling and golfing? Not only was it incredibly boring, but it totally showed the awkwardness between the two men.
I guess in that respect Nick had a lucky escape!
