Huzzah! The X-factor is back!

The day after Big Brother ends The X Factor begins! This is grrrrrreat news! I'm so excited, I love The X Factor, I love the bad auditions, I love the good auditions, I love the judges (well I love all except the aforementioned mean little man). I'm delighted.

The series will begin on August 12 on ITV 1 with a look back at the previous series which also catches up with previous contestants. I love that craic, "where are they now" and all that. Hopefully a couple of them will be working in chip shops. Mwah ha ha ha ha. The only thing that could get me more excited about this would be if they announced Kate Thornton had been sacked as the presenter. That girl is just SO irritating.

In other music-based-reality-tv-show news, I LOVE LOVE LOVE How Do You Solve a Problem Like Maria!!! Almost as much as I love this naf promotion photo:

The first edition was brilliant. Andrew "Scary" Lloyd Webber spying on the judges and going behind their back, girls who waddle begging for second chances, Graham Norton being a brilliant host (Kate Thornton could learn a thing or two from him...)-frankly the list goes on and on. I can't wait to see the next edition on Saturday.
